Dexamine spinosa (Amphipoda)

Micro-CT was performed to an amphipod. This specimen was fixed in formalin and preserved in 96% ethanol. Specimen was stained with 1% iodine dissolvded in 96% ethanol. Scan was performed with a Skyscan 1172 at a voltage of 59kV and 167μΑ without filter for a half rotation of 180^o . This specimen was scanned at the highest camera resolution with an exposure time of 316ms. This scan was performed for visualising the interior characteristics of the specimen.
